Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Rather than spend that money on advertising, we’d rather hand it to the person who actually made the introduction — you.
Here’s all we need: a name and a phone number, and permission for us to reach out. You don’t need to explain our pricing, pitch our packages, or know anything about remodeling. Our design team takes it from there with a free consultation, a LiDAR scan of their space, a 3D render, and a fixed-price quote.
If that homeowner signs a contract and the project reaches final payment, you get a check. $1,000 for a bathroom. $2,000 for a kitchen. If they don’t sign, you owe us nothing and there’s no hard feelings — refer the next one.
There’s no limit. Refer one neighbor or refer ten. Every project that closes pays out.

The Fine Print.
Referral fees are paid by Cutting Edge Construction & Woodworks, Inc. Bathroom referral fee of $1,000 requires a signed bathroom remodeling contract with a total contract value of $12,000 or more. Kitchen referral fee of $2,000 requires a signed kitchen remodeling contract with a total contract value of $24,000 or more. Contract value is calculated on the original signed contract amount excluding sales tax, permit fees, and change orders. Referral fees are paid only after the referred project has been completed and final payment has been received in full from the homeowner. Projects that are cancelled, refunded, reduced below the minimum contract value, or left with an unpaid balance do not qualify for payment.
The referring party must submit the homeowner’s name and contact information to Cutting Edge before that homeowner has independently contacted us, requested an estimate, or visited our showroom. Where more than one person refers the same homeowner, the first submission on record receives credit. Referrals must be third-party homeowners; self-referrals, referrals of a property you own or co-own, and referrals from Cutting Edge employees, subcontractors, and suppliers do not qualify. Referral fees are treated as non-employee compensation: a completed IRS Form W-9 is required prior to payment and a Form 1099-NEC will be issued for the applicable tax year. Recipients are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Participants are responsible for confirming that accepting a referral fee is permitted under any professional license they hold and under any association, employer, or fiduciary obligation they are subject to. Florida-licensed real estate professionals should consult their broker; homeowners association board members and property managers should review their governing documents and any applicable conflict-of-interest or disclosure requirements. Cutting Edge does not provide legal, tax, or licensing advice.
Cutting Edge Construction & Woodworks, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. Changes will not affect referrals already submitted and accepted prior to the change. We handle the consultation, the scan, the render, the quote, and the build. When the project is finished and paid, you get $1,000 for a bathroom or $2,000 for a kitchen. Hand out as many cards as you want — there is no cap.
