Units range from one-bedroom, one-bath plans of about 783 to 903 square feet to two-bedroom, two-bath plans of roughly 1,000 to 1,075 square feet. Recent listings have run from about $525,000 to $749,000. Owners share a pool, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, a pier and a boat dock. A building of this age on the open Gulf usually has kitchens and baths that need more than a cosmetic refresh. Widening that opening or removing the wall, if the structure and association permit it, lets the cook see the Gulf.
