Construction dates to the late 1970s, and the complex mixes mid-rise and high-rise buildings with on-site management, a pool, a clubhouse, guest suites and beach access. Two-bedroom, two-bath units of about 1,245 square feet have recently listed between roughly $665,000 and $690,000, and the community is classed as a condo-hotel. Some units have already been renovated with quartz and new cabinetry.
