Sabal is a neighborhood in Bonita Bay, the Bonita Springs community whose more than 50 subdivisions include single-family estates, coach homes and condominiums. ## Sabal Kitchen Remodel

Kitchen storage in older homes tends to be deep base cabinets with doors, blind corners and uppers that stop a foot below the ceiling. For a Sabal kitchen, replacing base doors with full-extension drawers, adding corner pullouts and running uppers to the ceiling can add a surprising amount of usable space in the same footprint.
