The low-rise community sits on Bolero Drive and Estrella Court just south of the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, with 20 buildings, a community pool and spa, and residences of about 1,768 to 2,450 square feet. Plans offer two or three bedrooms, two baths and one- or two-car garages, and recent listings have ranged from about $1.05 million to $1.6 million.
