Cottesmore is an enclave of 57 single-family homes inside gated Lely Resort, built in five floor plans of roughly 2,300 to 2,600 square feet with three or four bedrooms. Many homes look onto The Classics golf course or nearby lakes, and select homes have private pools and two-car garages. Recent sales and listings have ranged from about $850,000 to $1.43 million. A recent listing on Cottesmore Drive was built in 2008, and many homes here still have their original kitchens and bathrooms.
