Four low-rise condominium buildings hold 12 to 15 units each, ranging from about 1,330 to 2,450 square feet, and 17 attached and detached villas line Via Lugano, most with a private pool. All of it dates to the late 1980s, with the villas completed between 1985 and 1989. Recent sales have run from about $625,000 to $2.6 million, and owners in both the condos and the villas are now replacing original finishes.
