Eden House — Fort Myers Beach.
12 Units. One Rebuild.
When Hurricane Ian tore across Estero Island, the Gulf-front residences at Eden House were stripped back to the studs like most of Fort Myers Beach. The building passed its structural inspection, the association pushed through permitting — and now the interiors are coming back. We’re rebuilding 12 units at Eden House right now: kitchens, bathrooms, and full interiors, engineered around island logistics, association coordination, and current flood-zone code.
Follow the project — unit-by-unit progress, befores and afters as they finish, and what a post-Ian condo rebuild actually takes.
