Flooring failures in Southwest Florida almost always trace back to prep: moisture coming up through the slab, an unlevel subfloor telegraphing through plank, or missing expansion gaps in rooms that swing from air-conditioned dry season to humid summer. Before a single plank or tile goes down, we moisture-test the slab, grind or self-level where needed, and lay out the room so cuts land where you will never see them.

We install flooring inside full kitchen and bath remodels every week — the same installers, the same standard, whether it is one room or a whole house. Transitions sit flush, baseboards and quarter-round go back clean, and doors get trimmed to swing free.

1 — Measure & fixed quote. We measure the space, discuss material options at your budget, and hand you one fixed number covering material handling, prep, install, transitions, and baseboards.

2 — Subfloor prep. Old flooring out, slab moisture-tested, high spots ground, low spots self-leveled. This step is where cheap installs cut corners — and where floors fail.

3 — Layout & install. Rooms are dry-laid and squared so plank seams stagger correctly and tile cuts land under cabinets and along walls, not mid-doorway.

4 — Finish & walkthrough. Transitions, baseboards, and door trimming done, dust cleaned up, and a room-by-room walkthrough before we call it complete.
