Four plans, named Marco, Sanibel, Useppa and Captiva, run from 1,204 to 1,466 square feet under air, and every one has two bedrooms, two baths and a rear-entry two-car garage. The Useppa and Captiva add a den. Front porches, high ceilings and dormer windows give the cottages their look, and Minto aimed them at downsizers who wanted a maintenance-included home. The bones are good.
