Residences run from about 2,050 to 2,500 square feet with two or three bedrooms plus a den, and some second-floor homes have a private elevator. Recent listings and sales have fallen between roughly $595,000 and $800,000. A few owners have already renovated, adding quartz, islands and rain showers, but many units still have their first kitchens and baths.
