Residences come in two- and three-bedroom layouts, some with a den, most around 2,200 to 2,600 square feet, and the building offers underground parking, a club room, a fitness center and guest suites. Current listings run from about $1.1 million to $1.3 million. Many units still have kitchens and baths from the original build or an early refresh.
