The mix is 67 one-bedroom and 37 two-bedroom homes averaging about 625 square feet, and the property saw renovation rounds in 2015, 2018 and 2022, including hurricane-code roofs. After a 2025 sale, the new owners outlined a plan under which up to 47 units could be converted to condominiums. Small footprints change how a kitchen and bathroom remodel is designed.
