Mystique is the Gulf Bay tower at 6897 Grenadier Boulevard, delivered in 2019 with 81 residences on the north side of Pelican Bay. Estate floor plans run roughly 4,000 to 5,280 square feet in three- and five-bedroom layouts, and a second-level collection of nine Jardin residences offers 1,370 to 2,396 square feet. Recent sales have closed between about $7.6 million and $14.1 million. The original specification was strong, with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, Calacatta marble counters and Lutron controls. ## Mystique Kitchen Remodel
