Many people looking for 55+ living in Naples end up looking at Island Walk, the gated Divosta community off Vanderbilt Beach Road with a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, tennis, pickleball, bocce, a putting green and a full-time activities director. The listing sources we checked do not describe Island Walk as age-restricted, so confirm the current rules with the association if that matters to you. What is clear is that its one-level villas and single-family homes, built around 1999 to 2003 and selling from about $350,000 to $1.16 million, suit owners planning to stay for the long term.
