In early 2024, Minto offered three former models fully furnished: the Alamanda at 2,225 square feet with two bedrooms, a den and two and a half baths for $1.6 million; the Wisteria at 2,390 square feet with three bedrooms for $1.75 million; and the four-bedroom Acacia Grande at 2,847 square feet for $2.1 million. Each came with a pool, outdoor kitchen and covered lanai. Many owners bought the same floor plans with standard finishes and now want the model look.
