Homes include one-story ranch plans such as a three-bedroom, two-bath model of about 1,600 square feet built in 2023, which sold in 2026 for $417,500. Residents share a clubhouse with a full kitchen, a resort-style pool and spa, a fitness center, tennis, pickleball and bocce, behind an attended gate. Castle Group manages the association, which has its own architectural review process. Because the homes are so new, owners here are customizing builder choices. This page covers the bathroom and the kitchen. ![Seasons at Bonita bathroom remodel after photo](https://remodelbycuttingedge.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Wyndemere-Bathroom-After-1-c.webp)After · Cutting Edge bathroom remodel ## Seasons at Bonita Bathroom Remodel A new single-family home usually comes with a functional primary bath and a guest bath finished to a builder standard: a shower or tub with basic tile, a single or double vanity with a laminate or entry-level stone top, and stock fixtures. At Seasons at Bonita, owners typically want more personality. Popular changes include a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower with a linear drain, a frameless glass enclosure, a furniture-style vanity in wood or a painted color, and statement lighting. Converting a guest tub to a walk-in shower is common for visiting family. Heated floors and a smart toilet are frequent add-ons. Before work starts, the association's architectural review process applies to anything that changes the exterior, and the attended gate needs contractor names and vehicles in advance. Permits for plumbing and electrical work come from the City of Bonita Springs. Homes built in the last few years may still be under builder warranty, so we look at what is covered and avoid voiding it. The houses sit on concrete slabs, which means moving a drain takes floor work, and we confirm that plan at the free LiDAR scan. Bathroom remodels at Seasons at Bonita start from $18,500 per bath. Owners at Seasons at Bonita often keep the layout and raise the quality: taller upper cabinets or stacked uppers with glass, a full-height backsplash, a larger island with storage on both sides, a farmhouse or workstation sink, and a gas or induction range with a decorative hood. Pendant lights over the island tie it all together. A cabinet pantry with roll-out shelves is another common request. A brand-new kitchen can still feel generic, and that is what most clients want to fix. We start with a LiDAR scan and build a photo-real 3D render of your kitchen with the exact cabinets, counters and hardware you are considering, so the decision is made on screen rather than after installation. Counters are templated to the scan, our own crews install, and the home stays livable through the process because the schedule is set before the first cabinet comes out. Our showroom has cabinets and slabs on display, so you can compare them side by side. Kitchen remodels at Seasons at Bonita start from $25,500. ![Seasons at Bonita kitchen remodel after photo](https://remodelbycuttingedge.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Cutting-Edge-Bonita-Bay-Kitchen-2-After-c.webp)After · Cutting Edge kitchen remodel Price Your Seasons at Bonita *Kitchen.* Upgrade cabinets, island and counters in our kitchen builder to price your Seasons at Bonita kitchen.
