Its homes were built between 2001 and 2008, generally from about 3,000 to 4,300 square feet, and most look over the Tiburon golf course or lakes, with a few facing preserve. A 3,854-square-foot Serafina home overlooking the sixth hole sold for $3 million in 2025. With most kitchens and baths now 17 to 24 years old, many owners are ready to replace them.
