Vivid Shores is the new gated lake community off Bonita Grande Drive near Bonita Beach Road, planned by Pulte Homes with Stock Development on 1,031 acres with three freshwater lakes and 635 single-family homesites. Pulte homes started in the mid-$700,000s, and Stock Luxury Homes, which opened four furnished models there in June 2026, markets its Vivid Shores homes from about $2 million. These houses are brand new, so nobody here needs a repair remodel. What owners ask for is different: changes to builder selections, rooms finished the way they wanted from the start, and help planning what comes next.

## Vivid Shores Bathroom Remodel

In a new Pulte or Stock home, the primary bathroom is usually the first room owners want to change. Builder packages tend to repeat the same tile, vanity and fixture choices from house to house, and buyers who closed quickly often accepted them to secure a lot. Typical requests are a larger walk-in shower with a linear drain and frameless glass, a freestanding tub in place of a drop-in, taller vanities with more drawer storage, and wall tile carried to the ceiling. Guest bathrooms usually get new vanities, mirrors and lighting so they match.

Timing matters in a community this young. Many homes are still under builder warranty, and changing plumbing, waterproofing or electrical can affect what the builder will cover, so we review your warranty terms before planning demolition. Gated communities that are still building out typically set rules for crew gate access, work hours and where dumpsters can sit, and the Vivid Shores association is the place to confirm them. ## Vivid Shores Kitchen Remodel

Pulte and Stock both sell open plans built around the kitchen, with islands facing the great room and, in the Stock models, walk-in pantries and outdoor kitchens on the lanai. Owners who want more than the included package usually look at the same short list: a larger or reshaped island, cabinetry run to the ceiling, quartzite or marble in place of entry-level quartz, a panel-ready refrigerator, and a better range hood. Pantry shelving and a coffee or beverage station are common additions because the space is already there. Some owners also add a second dishwasher or a warming drawer for entertaining on the lanai.

Because the house is new, the goal is to change only what you need and protect what already works, including flooring that runs into the kitchen.
