The first houses were finished in 1990, and lots of roughly 0.39 to 0.7 acres face lakes, preserve or landscaped grounds along streets such as Colony Drive, Sedgwick Court and Tilden Lane. Homes range from about 3,080 square feet to more than 10,000, and recent listings have been priced between about $7 million and $13 million. Since around 2015, some owners have torn down and rebuilt.
