The original plan is four bedrooms and five and a half baths in about 6,266 square feet, and residences with enclosed lanais reach roughly 6,800 to 7,000 square feet of air-conditioned space. Sales in 2026 closed at about $8.6 million and $8.75 million. Every residence looks out over the Gulf and Venetian Bay, and many still carry interiors from the 1990s or early 2000s.
