Mediterra is a 1,697-acre gated country club community in North Naples, two miles north of Immokalee Road along Livingston. Developer London Bay Homes launched it at the turn of the 2000s with a specific mandate: import the grace and intimacy of the classic Mediterranean style to Southwest Florida. Over 1,000 of its acres are preserved as open space, parks, and nature preserves, and fewer than 950 residences are planned across 31 distinct neighborhoods — luxury estates, single-family villas, maintenance-free villas, and coach-style condominiums.

Mediterra has been named Collier Building Industry Association Community of the Year 11 times in 15 years. The community centers on two Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole courses, a 60,000 sqft clubhouse, a private Beach Club on Bonita Beach (fully renovated 2024), and a $38M Sports & Lifestyle Center now under construction. Golf membership is capped at 450 and carries a 5+ year waitlist — and homes sold with a transferable golf membership command a 12–18% premium over otherwise-comparable homes.

For bathroom remodels, the defining scope driver in Mediterra is the same architectural transition reshaping its kitchens.
