Its condominiums are low-rise buildings with first- and second-floor residences, such as The Enclave on San Lucas Lane, with plans of about 2,063 and 2,564 square feet, and the buildings along Bellino Terrace, with plans of roughly 1,500 to 2,300 square feet. Units we found were built from 2002 to 2006 and have recently sold for about $410,000 to $740,000.
