Ascot is a coach home neighborhood on Ascot Drive at Lely Resort, built around 2004 and 2005, with residences of roughly 1,632 to 2,040 square feet. The larger plans have three bedrooms and two baths, an attached garage and a screened lanai, and the second-floor homes have high ceilings. Recent listings have been around $510,000 to $520,000, and ownership includes a mandatory Players Club & Spa membership. Some Ascot homes are still with their original owners and still have their first kitchens and baths, which is why remodeling questions come up so often here.
