The condos, completed between 2015 and 2022, come in 2,532 and 3,382 square foot plans with three bedrooms or three bedrooms plus a den. The homes, built from 2016 to 2022, range from about 2,742 to 4,576 square feet with lake and golf course views. A 3,382-square-foot Corsica condo was recently offered at about $2 million.
