Built around 2007, the buildings have elevators and hold two-bedroom, two-bath units of about 1,224 square feet with screened lanais over a pond. Owners share a heated pool, a cabana, barbecue and picnic areas and walking paths, and the monthly association fee, about $460, covers insurance, water, sewer, trash, pest control and internet. A recent sale closed at $322,000. Units that still have their 2007 finishes are prime candidates for a bathroom and kitchen remodel.
