1 — Assess & quote. Photos are often enough for a fixed quote on standard repairs; larger or water-related damage gets an on-site look with a moisture meter.
2 — Protect & patch. Floors and furniture covered, damage cut back to sound drywall, patch secured to backing or framing — never a floating patch.
3 — Tape, coat & sand. Two to three compound coats feathered wide, sanded between coats. This is where repairs become invisible.
4 — Texture, prime & clean up. Texture matched, stain-blocking primer applied, dust vacuumed. You are left paint-ready — or we paint it too.
