Remodeling Materials & Products — Bonita Springs Showroom

Every Material Decision
Made in Person.

The single biggest mistake homeowners make in a remodel is selecting materials from a screen. Countertop veining only makes sense at slab scale — a 4-inch chip tells you nothing about how the full island will read. Tile color shifts under different lighting. Cabinet finishes vary dramatically depending on how the wood grain accepts stain. None of that is visible online.

Our Bonita Springs showroom at 28280 Old 41 Rd #3 is built specifically to solve that problem. Full stone slabs for in-person comparison. Installed cabinet vignettes in actual door styles and finishes. Tile and flooring displayed at scale. Fixture finishes compared side by side in real light. Every material we specify in a remodel is in the showroom before you commit to it.

Bring photos of your existing space, any inspiration images you’ve collected, and your budget range. We work through every material category in one visit and leave with a confirmed palette — so the 3D render we produce reflects your actual selections, not placeholders.

Every Material Category We Carry

Six Categories.
All in One Showroom.

Cabinetry — 15+ Brands
Stock shaker and slab doors for immediate install from our 4,000 SF warehouse. Semi-custom lines including Primary Kitchen, Schrock, Omega, and Dura Supreme. Full custom cabinetry in any wood species, any finish, any internal configuration. Door samples for every line available in the showroom to hold and compare in real light.
Stone & Countertops — Full Slabs
Cambria quartz, Dekton, quartzite, marble, and exotic natural stone available as full slabs — not 4-inch chips. See the complete veining pattern, compare options side by side, and confirm your selection before fabrication is scheduled. The only way to make a countertop decision you won’t second-guess.
Tile & Stone — Floor to Ceiling
Porcelain, ceramic, glass mosaic, and natural stone tile displayed at scale. Floor tile, wall tile, shower surrounds, and backsplash options in large-format and standard sizes. Every tile option displayed in installed context — not just as a loose sample on a counter — so you see how it reads on a wall or floor at full scale.
Flooring — Florida-Rated
Luxury vinyl plank, porcelain tile, and engineered hardwood — all moisture-rated options selected specifically for Southwest Florida’s subtropical climate. Every flooring product we carry has been evaluated for performance in Florida’s humidity and temperature range, not just specified from a national catalog without climate consideration.
Fixtures & Faucets
WaterSense-certified faucets, showerheads, toilets, and tub fillers in brushed nickel, matte black, chrome, and brushed gold finishes. Every fixture displayed so you can see actual finish quality in person — not a product photo. Corrosion-resistant options specified for coastal environments where standard fixtures pit and discolor within a few years.
Hardware & Accessories
Cabinet pulls, knobs, towel bars, shower accessories, and lighting in every finish. Hardware is the detail that ties a remodel together — and it’s a decision almost always made too quickly without seeing how the finish reads against the actual cabinet door and countertop. Our showroom lets you make that comparison before anything is ordered.
How the Showroom Visit Works

One Visit to Confirm
Every Material Decision.

01
Book Your Free Showroom Appointment
Call (239) 469-6494 or use the contact form to schedule. Bring photos of your existing space, any inspiration images, and your budget range. Appointments run 60–90 minutes and cover every material category in scope for your project. Walk-ins welcome during showroom hours — Mon–Fri 10am–4pm, weekends by appointment.
02
Walk the Installed Vignettes
Our showroom is built around installed vignettes — actual cabinet runs with countertops, tile, and hardware in place — so you can see how material combinations read together at full scale rather than comparing isolated samples. This is the step where most homeowners change what they thought they wanted after seeing it in context.
03
Select Stone from Full Slabs
The countertop decision is made at the slab — not from a chip. We carry full slabs of Cambria quartz, Dekton, quartzite, marble, and exotic stone for direct comparison. We advise on which stone tier makes the most financial sense for your community’s comp data, then you select the specific slab from what’s in stock or on order.
04
Confirm Cabinet Door + Finish
Door style samples for every line we carry — stock, semi-custom, and full custom — are available in the showroom. Hold the actual door sample, see the finish in real showroom lighting, and compare it against your selected stone slab and tile before your cabinet order is placed. This eliminates the most common source of remodel regret.
05
Lock Palette — 3D Render Follows
Once your material palette is confirmed in the showroom, our design team incorporates every selection into your 3D photo-realistic render — showing your actual stone, your actual cabinet finish, your actual tile, in your actual space. The render reflects confirmed selections, not representative placeholders, so the fixed-price contract is built on exactly what you chose.
Material Selection & Remodel ROI — Southwest Florida

The Right Materials
for Your Community’s Price Ceiling.

Material selection is the single biggest variable in remodel ROI. Over-spec for your community’s price ceiling and you won’t recover the investment at resale. Under-spec for a community where buyers have high expectations and they discount the home accordingly. We pull your community’s comp data before advising on any material tier — so your selections are matched to what actually returns in your specific neighborhood.

Common Questions

Showroom & Materials
FAQ

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome during showroom hours — Monday through Friday 10am–4pm. For weekend visits or if you want dedicated time with a designer to work through your full material palette, we recommend booking an appointment so we can prepare for your specific project scope. Call (239) 469-6494 or use the contact form to schedule. Appointments typically run 60–90 minutes and cover every material category in your project.
What should I bring to my showroom visit?
The more context you bring, the more productive the visit. Bring photos of your existing kitchen or bathroom, any inspiration images you’ve saved, and a general budget range. If you have existing finishes you’re keeping — flooring, appliances, paint colors — bring photos of those too so we can advise on what coordinates well. You don’t need to have made any decisions before you arrive — the showroom visit is designed to help you make them.
Why do you carry full stone slabs instead of just samples?
Natural stone slabs are completely unique — no two are alike. A 4-inch sample shows you a color family and a general pattern but tells you nothing about the movement, veining intensity, color variation, or how the slab reads at full countertop scale. Two quartzite slabs from the same quarry can look completely different. We carry full slabs specifically so you can see exactly what you’re buying before the fabrication order is placed — the single most important step in any kitchen or bathroom countertop decision.
Can I get pricing during my showroom visit?
Yes — once you’ve walked the showroom and identified your preferred direction in each material category, we can provide budgetary ranges on the spot. For a fixed-price contract, we need to complete the LiDAR scan of your existing space and finalize the design — but the showroom visit gives you a clear picture of where your material selections land within our pricing tiers before you commit to moving forward. No surprises after you’ve already fallen in love with a specific slab.
Do you have cabinet samples for all the brands you carry?
Yes — door style and finish samples are available in the showroom for every line we carry, including stock, semi-custom (Primary Kitchen, Schrock, Omega, Dura Supreme), and full custom lines. For custom lines we can also provide larger door samples on loan so you can see them in your actual kitchen space before placing an order. The showroom visit is the right time to compare door profiles and finishes side by side against your selected countertop and tile so all your decisions are made together rather than in isolation.
Is the showroom only for kitchen and bathroom remodels?
No — our showroom carries materials for every type of project we do, including outdoor kitchen materials (polymer cabinetry, Dekton countertops, marine-grade hardware), Designer Stone Panels for feature walls and fireplace surrounds, flooring for every room, and specialty materials for home bars, wine rooms, and entertainment spaces. If it’s part of a Cutting Edge remodel, the materials are in the showroom before you commit to them.
