Kitchen Remodel Price Ranges — Bonita Springs & Naples FL

Three Tiers. One Standard
of Craftsmanship.

Every kitchen remodel we build falls into one of three defined tiers. The tier determines the cabinet line, countertop material, appliance grade, and scope of layout changes. What doesn’t change across any tier is the quality of installation, the permitting process, the free LiDAR scan, the 3D design render, and the fixed-price contract. You know exactly what you’re getting and exactly what it costs before we start.

The first step is a free consultation where we pull your community’s current comp data and advise you on which tier returns the most for your specific Bonita Springs neighborhood. Over-improving for your market ceiling is a financial mistake. Under-investing below buyer expectations costs you at resale. We help you land in the right position before a dollar is spent on design or construction.

Every project includes a free LiDAR scan producing a millimeter-accurate 3D model of your existing kitchen, followed by a photo-realistic 3D render showing the finished result — every cabinet, every countertop, every fixture in exact detail. You see the finished kitchen and the fixed price at the same time, before you sign anything.

What Every Cutting Edge Kitchen Remodel Includes

Three Tiers. Every Kitchen
Built the Same Way.

Good — $25,500 Entry Tier
Stock cabinetry in your choice of door style and finish. Quartz countertops — Cambria or equivalent. New tile backsplash. Updated fixtures and hardware throughout. Same footprint — no plumbing or structural moves. For communities like Miromar Lakes or Palmira where the price ceiling makes a conservative scope the right call, this tier consistently delivers the strongest return on investment per dollar spent.
Better — $35,500 Mid Tier
Semi-custom cabinetry with soft-close doors and drawers throughout. Quartz or stone countertops with upgraded edge profile. Island addition or reconfiguration where the footprint supports it. Tile or stone backsplash. Premium fixtures, hardware, and designer lighting. Partial layout adjustments if applicable. The right scope for Bonita Bay, Shadow Wood, and Pelican Landing — the tier that moves homes in these communities.
Best — $39,500+ Premium Tier
Full custom furniture-grade cabinetry — dovetail drawer boxes, applied moulding, any hardwood species. Stone slab countertops selected at our showroom — quartzite, marble, or exotic natural stone. Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Miele professional appliances integrated into the cabinet design. Complete layout reconfiguration if needed. The right investment for Grey Oaks, Pelican Bay, and Bonita Bay where buyers expect the absolute best.
InvisaCook — Florida Exclusive
InvisaCook is an invisible induction cooking system installed beneath your stone countertop — no visible cooktop, no cutout, no interruption to the stone surface. The induction technology activates through the countertop material. We are the only authorized InvisaCook dealer in Florida. Available as an upgrade at any of our three kitchen tiers on any stone or quartz countertop installation.
Free LiDAR Scan + 3D Render
We scan your existing kitchen with LiDAR technology — producing a millimeter-accurate 3D model of every surface, every dimension, every cabinet position. We then virtually place your new cabinets, countertops, lighting, and appliances into the exact space. Layout conflicts are caught before demo. Real-time cost tracking means you see the price impact of every design decision simultaneously as it’s made.
Fixed-Price Contract — All Tiers
The number you sign is the number you pay — every cabinet, every countertop, every permit fee, every trade included. We don’t use open-ended estimates. Florida-specific risk factors — moisture behind an existing backsplash, electrical panel upgrades for new appliance loads — are identified during our pre-remodel assessment and priced into the fixed contract upfront, not billed as change orders after demo starts.
How It Works

From First Meeting to
Finished Kitchen.

01
Free Consultation + Community Comp Analysis
We sit down with you to understand your goals — better functionality, more storage, a more open layout, a specific aesthetic, a budget target. We also pull your community’s current comp data and advise you on which tier returns the most for your specific neighborhood. No commitment at this stage — just honest advice about what’s possible and what returns the most for your home.
02
Free LiDAR Scan + 3D Kitchen Design
We scan your existing kitchen with LiDAR technology producing a millimeter-accurate 3D model of every surface and dimension. We then virtually place your new cabinets, countertops, lighting, and appliances into the exact space. Layout changes are tested virtually rather than discovered mid-demo. Real-time cost tracking means every design decision shows its price impact simultaneously.
03
Showroom Material Selection
Visit our Bonita Springs showroom at 28280 Old 41 Rd #3 and see cabinet door style samples, full stone slabs, backsplash tile, and fixture finishes in person — before any order is placed. For the Best tier, larger door samples are available on loan so you can see them in your actual kitchen before committing to a custom order.
04
Fixed-Price Contract + Permits + Materials Ordered
We return with your photo-realistic 3D render and fixed-price bid covering every trade, every material, every permit fee. Once signed, all Lee County permits are pulled and every material is ordered before demo begins — your kitchen is never left torn apart waiting on a backordered cabinet or countertop slab.
05
Build + Final Walkthrough
We build exactly as the 3D render shows. All inspections passed. Final walkthrough reviews every cabinet door, every drawer, every countertop edge, every fixture against the approved design. We don’t close the job until your kitchen is exactly as you approved at design sign-off.
Kitchen Remodel ROI — Bonita Springs Communities

Which Kitchen Tier Returns the Most
in Your Community

Kitchen remodels return approximately 78% of cost at resale in the Florida market — the highest of any single remodeling category. But the right tier depends entirely on your community’s comp ceiling. The Good tier in a community where the Best tier would over-improve still returns more per dollar spent. Here’s the right tier by community vintage.

Grey Oaks · Pelican Bay · Bonita Bay
Premium communities · Luxury buyer expectations
Best Tier — $39,500+
Recommended Kitchen Investment
Custom cabinetry + stone slab + professional appliances — buyers at this tier expect it

Frequently Asked Kitchen Remodel Questions

Kitchen Remodeling
FAQ

What is a realistic budget for a kitchen remodel?
Our three defined tiers start at $25,500 (Good — stock cabinets, quartz countertops, same layout), $35,500 (Better — semi-custom cabinets, stone countertops, island addition), and $39,500+ (Best — full custom cabinetry, stone slab, layout reconfiguration, professional appliances). The right tier depends on your community’s comp data and price ceiling — we’ll advise you specifically at your free consultation based on what returns the most for your neighborhood.
What is the most expensive part of a kitchen remodel?
Cabinetry is consistently the largest single cost in any kitchen remodel — typically 35–45% of the total budget regardless of tier. At the $25,500 tier, stock cabinetry keeps that cost controlled. At the $35,500 tier, semi-custom cabinetry with soft-close hardware is a meaningful step up. At the $39,500+ tier, furniture-grade custom cabinetry built to your exact dimensions is the defining investment. After cabinetry, countertops and appliances are the next largest cost drivers — which is why we integrate all three into the 3D design and cost tracking simultaneously.
How does the LiDAR scan improve the remodel process?
LiDAR scanning produces a millimeter-accurate 3D model of your existing kitchen — every dimension, every surface, every obstruction captured precisely. We then use that model to virtually place your new cabinets, countertops, lighting, and appliances before any work begins. This catches layout conflicts, sizing issues, and design problems before construction starts rather than discovering them mid-demo. Real-time cost tracking means every design adjustment shows its price impact simultaneously, so you always know the cost of every choice before committing.
What is InvisaCook and why is it only available through Cutting Edge in Florida?
InvisaCook is an invisible induction cooking system installed beneath your stone countertop — no visible cooktop, no cutout, no interruption to the stone surface. The induction technology activates through the countertop material. We are the only authorized InvisaCook dealer in Florida — it is not available through any other contractor in Southwest Florida. It’s available as an upgrade at any of our three kitchen tiers on any stone or quartz countertop installation.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A $25,500 Good-tier kitchen remodel with no layout changes typically takes 6–8 weeks. A $35,500 Better-tier with island addition or partial layout changes runs 8–10 weeks. A $39,500+ Best-tier with full custom cabinetry and complete layout reconfiguration takes 10–14 weeks — custom cabinetry has longer fabrication lead times that we build into the schedule. All materials are ordered before demo begins so your kitchen is never stalled mid-project waiting on a backordered component.
What does a fixed-price contract mean for my kitchen remodel?
A fixed-price contract means the number you sign is the number you pay — every cabinet, every countertop, every permit fee, every trade is included. We don’t use open-ended estimates that can grow as work progresses. Known Florida risk factors — moisture behind an existing backsplash, an electrical panel that needs upgrading for new appliance loads — are identified during our pre-remodel assessment and priced into your fixed contract upfront rather than billed as change orders after demo has already started.
