Fan installation and replacement on fan-rated boxes — not the light-fixture boxes that wobble loose in a year. Balanced, remote or wall control programmed, and lanai-rated wet/damp models specified for outdoor living spaces. In Florida, the right fan is a year-round utility, and we hang a lot of them.
Recessed Lighting Installation
Can light layouts designed to the room — even spacing, correct distance from walls for wash, kitchens layered over work zones. Modern canless LED units installed with clean ceiling cuts and dimmers matched to the load so there is no flicker at low levels.

Whole-room and whole-home lighting installs — pendants over islands at the right height, chandeliers on rated support, under-cabinet strips wired clean, and dimming zones that make one room feel like three.
Light Fixture Installation
Fixture swaps done properly — old unit down, box and wiring inspected, new fixture mounted level and centered, heavy pieces supported to structure. Bring your own fixtures or select through our design team.
Outlet Installation
Outlet and switch replacement, USB and smart outlet upgrades, and GFCI protection where code requires it — kitchens, baths, garages, and exterior. Worn, loose, or two-prong outlets are the quiet hazard in older SWFL homes; replacement is fast and cheap insurance.

1 — Quote. Fixture list and photos get most jobs a same-day fixed quote; lighting layouts get an on-site plan.
2 — Layout. Cans, fans, and pendants marked on the actual room and confirmed with you before a single hole is cut.
3 — Install. Power off, rated boxes and supports in, fixtures mounted level, dimmers and controls matched to the load.
4 — Test & clean. Every switch, dimmer, and remote tested, ceiling dust cleaned up, old fixtures hauled away.
