Door Installation —
Fits True. Swings Smooth.
Seals Tight.
Interior, exterior, closet, patio, and barn doors — hung plumb in properly shimmed frames with level hardware and clean casing. Entry doors sealed and secured to Florida code, sliders that glide instead of grind.
A Door You Never Think About
Is a Door Installed Right.
Sticking, rubbing, latch misses, daylight around the weatherstrip — door problems are frame problems. We hang doors plumb and square with proper shimming at every hinge and strike point, so they swing smooth, latch on the first try, and stay that way through Florida humidity swings. Casing goes back with tight miters, and hardware sits level at consistent heights through the whole house.
On exterior work, Southwest Florida raises the bar: entry and patio doors must meet Florida Building Code wind-load requirements, and in much of Collier and Lee County that means impact-rated or shuttered openings, permitted and inspected. As a licensed contractor we handle the permit, the product rating paperwork, and the inspection — not just the swing.
Every Door in the House.
Measure Twice. Hang Once.
1 — Measure & quote. Rough openings measured, swing and hardware confirmed, wind-zone requirements checked on exterior openings. One fixed quote.
2 — Supply or install-only. We source doors through our vendors or install units you have purchased — we verify sizing before install day either way.
3 — Install. Old unit out, frame shimmed plumb and square, door hung, exterior units flashed and foam-sealed, hardware set level.
4 — Finish. Casing, caulk, adjustment, and on permitted exterior work, the final inspection. Doors tested until they close with one finger.
